These Terms of Use and Privacy ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iTap – Integrated Time Attendance Management System, operated by Dulcian, located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Our Privacy practices form an integral part of these Terms and explain how we collect, use, protect, and safeguard information resulting from your use of the Service.
By accessing, registering for, or using iTap, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms or cannot comply with them, you may not use the Service. If you have concerns, please contact us at info@dulcons.com so we may attempt to find a suitable solution.
These Terms apply to all organizations, clients, administrators, employees, and any other users who access or use iTap.
Subscription
iTap services are provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or otherwise as agreed) depending on the subscription plan selected during registration.
At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will be renewed automatically under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
You may cancel your subscription renewal through contacting our customer support team or email provided above.
A valid payment method is required to process subscription payments. Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank Transfers
- Telebirr
- Cash
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including but not limited to organization name, phone number, and valid payment details.
Accounts
- You must not allow any unauthorized person to access or use your account.
- You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You must not use another person’s or organization’s account without explicit authorization.
- Failure to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials may result in data loss, and you may be held liable for resulting damages.
Free Trial
Dulcian may, at its sole discretion, offer subscription plans with a free trial for a limited duration.
You will be required to provide billing information to activate a free trial.
Upon expiration of the free trial period, access to the Service will be suspended unless a paid subscription is activated.
Dulcian reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
- Modify the terms of any free trial offer, or
- Cancel a free trial offer
Fee Changes
Dulcian reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time.
Any changes to subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We will provide reasonable advance notice to allow you to cancel your subscription before the new fees apply.
Content, Data, and Privacy
Security and privacy are core principles of our Service.
- iTap allows Clients to manage employee, attendance, payroll and biometric data's.
- All data entered into the Service remains the property of the Client.
- We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Client data.
- You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all data and content entered into the System.
Payroll and Compliance Disclaimer
iTap provides automated payroll and attendance calculations based on Client-defined configurations.
- Dulcian does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
- Clients remain fully responsible for compliance with Ethiopian tax, pension, labor, and employment laws.
- Dulcian shall not be liable for errors arising from incorrect configuration, data entry, or misuse of the System.
Cancellation and Suspension
We may, at our sole discretion:
- Temporarily suspend your account, or
- Cancel your account with reasonable written notice
If we cancel services you have paid for and you have not breached these Terms, you may be entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
Intellectual Property and Copyright

Subject to these Terms:
- Dulcian owns and controls all intellectual property rights in iTap, including software, content, and branding.
- All intellectual property rights are reserved.
- No rights are granted except for limited use of the Service during an active subscription.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
